The Kealoha KU Series 8-String Acoustic/Electric ukulele features a Mahogany top with Mahogany back & sides in a Satin finish. Great look with wood binding and a concentric circle sound-hole decoration, an Okume satin finished neck with a 35mm bone nut and bone saddle. This awesome uke also features gold classical guitar style geared machine heads with pearloid brown buttons, Walnut fingerboard, Walnut bridge and is strung with Aquila strings.

This model features a preamp so you can plug in and play in your favourite amplifier and adjust your tone to your liking with the onboard 3-Band EQ. It also features a Tuner so you can be sure you are always in tune.

The 8 String configuration of this ukulele creates a beautiful unique tone, the body is of Tenor sizing and the ukulele is tuned just as you would any other tenor. It is also available in a straight acoustic version (KUK268S).
